These terms govern your use of the LafonStore platform (website and mobile app). By using the site or posting a listing you agree to them.
General
LafonStore is a classifieds platform that connects users. The author of a listing is responsible for its accuracy. Any sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller.
Registration and account
- Each user creates one account and provides accurate contact details.
- You are responsible for your account security (password, verification codes). Never share your codes.
- Creating an account in someone else’s name or selling an account is prohibited.
Listing rules
- Listings must describe a real product or service.
- One item — one listing; duplicates are removed.
- Photos must be your own; using others’ photos or logos is prohibited.
- Prices must be real; misleading prices such as “1 ₼” are not allowed.
- Listings must be posted in the correct category.
Prohibited items and services
Anything prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan is not allowed, including weapons and ammunition, narcotics, counterfeit documents or money, stolen goods, human organs, prescription drugs, pirated goods, personal data databases and gambling.
Paid services
Prices for VIP, boosting and store packages are shown before payment. Payments are non-refundable once a service has been delivered, except where it could not be delivered for technical reasons.
Moderation and blocking
LafonStore may remove listings that break the rules without notice and, for repeated violations, suspend or permanently block the account.
Limitation of liability
LafonStore is not a party to transactions between users. Be careful: never prepay before seeing the item and never share personal data.
